We work with ranges of cocoa percentage to taste, from Pure Cocoa (0% sugar) to the most traditional chocolate, we taste 15 to 20 presentations of cocoa and chocolate, among them: Natural cocoa, cocoa endemic to the region, drinks and chocolate bars with alternative sugar. Part of the traceability and culture of cocoa in Oaxaca is told. We will take a short break with a cocoa-based sandwich, and to finish off a house drink. It lasts approximately 2 hours.
