As part of this class, if the weather allows it and if it is a working day you may visit a local market, choose exotic ingredients and learn to cook 3 typical Bulgarian dishes.

Culinary-historical tour: You will learn about the Bulgarian culinary and test a two courses typical menu for this region. No cooking is involved!

What's included in Bulgarian Food tasting, cullinary-historical tour, Cooking class

You will learn to cook 3 typical Bulgarian dishes - for example bread, cheese pastry, hot pot, dolmas, etc. - depends on your choices. I will create the menu according to your cooking skills and your personal preferences. In case the weather is fine and it's a working day, we will do together the grocery shopping in the Woman's market and I will explain about the Bulgarian products and traditions. The goal is to achieve new cooking techniques and to understand better the Balkan's culinary. After the class is finished it will be food tasting - lunch or diner.
