- The shop does not accept walk-ins in all cases. Please reserve an appointment in advance by dialing the number on the voucher or sending a message via Over The Planet
- If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before signing up for any of the spa services
- The shop accepts customers who have been vaccinated with 2 doses only or must have an ATK test result within 72 hours before entering the service

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late arrival, treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client
- In the event of a late arrival of more than 10 minutes without prior notification, the spa reservation is considered as "No Show"
- In case of postponement or cancellation, the customer will have to inform at least 24 hours otherwise the spa reserves the right to collect the full amount
