When you disembark your cruise ship please make your way outside the terminal entrance. Here our hosts will be waiting for you displaying a greeting sign with your name on it (or, if you booked the semi-private tour, please look for our hosts displaying a greeting sign “TJ Travel / Cruising Excursions / Ulko Tours / DenRus”) If the ship is delayed the starting time will be postponed to within 30 minutes after it docks. If for any reason you are not with our driver at this time please call us immediately at +49 176 322 67 204.
