Immerse yourself in our kitchen and our chef will teach you how to prepare these delicious dishes such as tortilla de patata, bacalao al pil pil, txuleta and Basque Cheese cake. Improve your cooking skills to enjoy in the future at your home and be able to share the best of the Basque gastronomy with your family and friends. Be welcome in one of the secret kitchens in the Old Town, the heart of San Sebastian's gastronomy! There is no need to be an expert cook to join, and people with all culinary levels are welcome. After cooking all the food will be tasted paired with red wine, txakoli or cider.
