Palazzo Mincuzzi was constructed in 1928, during a period of economic growth and urban development in Bari. The palace was originally built as a department store for the Mincuzzi family, who were prominent merchants in Bari.
Palazzo del Governo served as the seat of government administration in Bari during various historical periods. It was originally built in the early 20th century to house the provincial government offices.
