The National Bardo Museum
The national Bardo museum which is a Tunisian heritage. Housed in a former nineteenth century beylical palace, it traces through its collections a large part of the history of Tunisia.
Carthage
The Carthage archaeological site, listed as a Unesco World Heritage site since 1979, is dominated by Byrsa Hill, which was the center of the Punic city. Today, it is distinguished by the massive silhouette of the Saint-Louis cathedral located at its top.
Sidi Bou Said
