Arrival Instructions at the Airport: Waiting time: 60 minutes from the moment the plane lands at the terminal. Terminal 1: Pickup takes place in the arrivals area, right in front of the Go Natural café in the main hall, before the baggage claim area (photo attached). Drivers will be lined up holding a sign with the customer’s name or logo. Terminal 2 (A, B, C): Pickup is in the arrivals area. These are small terminals, so it is important for passengers to follow the signs carefully. Terminals B and C are connected internally by a tunnel, which can cause confusion and lead customers to the wrong location if they do not pay close attention to the signage. Note: The driver monitors the flight in real-time and heads to the terminal based on its arrival time.
