Our full day experience will take you to the Hidden Lagoons of Baltinache, so called because of the difficulty of accessing them. Accompanied by expert guides, you will be able to enjoy the scenic beauty of the seven lagoons of turquoise waters, which stand out among the white and inhospitable landscape. While the lagoons' stunning beauty is perfect for photography and exploration, swimming is not allowed in these protected waters to preserve the delicate ecosystem. Enjoy a calm and relaxing ride as you enter the impressive natural environment of the Atacama Desert. The panoramic views will take your breath away as you walk among the seven lagoons, each with its own charm and unique characteristics.

San Pedro de Atacama
We leave from the meeting point in San Pedro de Atacama.
Cordillera de la Sal
We take the route that connects it with the village of Calama, crossing the Cordillera de la Sal. After approximately 25 km of travelling, we will find a group of seven incredible salt water lagoons, known as the Hidden Lagoons of Baltinache, because of the difficulty of accessing them.
Lagunas Baltinache
The Baltinache Lagoons are characterised by their great scenic beauty, thanks to the transparency of their waters, which also have a very high salinity level, producing a flotation effect when swimming in them (as happens with the Cejar Lagoon and the Dead Sea). You will be able to take a relaxing salt bath and float in its waters, while enjoying the incredible scenery. You can only swim in the first and last of the lagoons. They have bathroom and shower facilities.
