After receiving a confirmation via email or the app, be ready at the pick-up location, where the driver will arrive at the scheduled time. Upon confirming the driver's identity, you can board the car and enjoy the journey, taking in the scenery or engaging with the driver if you wish. Upon reaching the destination, you may also have the opportunity to provide feedback on your experience with the service.
