Each child entering the venue must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. Each guardian can accompany up to 1 child

Children entering the Baby Shark Play Zone must be accompanied by an adult and must wear socks and take off their shoes

For hygiene and safety reasons, please use alcohol hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands before entering. Children must wear socks when playing, and other people must wear socks

There will be a major cleaning every two weeks (Please refer to the store announcement for the exact date)

Facility contents and business hours may be changed without prior notice

Once a customer has made a reservation, it cannot be canceled

This facility is only for children aged 1 to 6 years old. Each guardian can accompany a maximum of 1 child into the venue. The company will refuse entry to children without guardians

In order to ensure the safety of all customers in the venue, guardians must be fully responsible for supervising the children accompanying them and bear all responsibilities for taking care of the children accompanying them. The company will not assume any responsibility

No refunds will be given for early departures. The designated gift package play period is 45 minutes. If it exceeds the time limit, overtime fees will be charged when leaving the venue. Staff will not remind customers of their exit time. Customers are responsible for managing their own entry time. Please decide on the players entering before admission, as mid-entry substitutions are not allowed

If customers or accompanying children have special medical needs or require special care, please consult professional medical staff before entering the venue to ensure that they are suitable for using the facilities

Customers should pay attention to their physical condition. If the staff observes that the customer's health condition is not suitable for entering the venue, the company has the right to refuse entry to the customer

For safety and comfort, please refrain from wearing jewelry (watches, bracelets, necklaces, rings, etc.), and it is recommended to wear light clothing for entry. Shoes are not allowed inside, and for hygiene and safety reasons, children must wear socks while playing. Guardians must also wear socks. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to customers not wearing socks

If customers notice any damaged facilities on the premises, please inform the staff immediately. The company and its staff will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to improper use of the company's facilities

For the safety of all customers, a closed-circuit television surveillance system has been installed on the premises for monitoring purposes

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises

Please do not bring any food or drinks into the premises except for baby milk, water, medication, etc. While playing, please refrain from eating and drinking; you may enjoy your drinks in the designated rest area. Additionally, do not bring the following items into the premises: small items that are easily dropped, sharp objects, toxic substances, food, alcoholic beverages, and pets

The company reserves the right to hold customers accountable for any damages, destruction, or soiling of the facilities on the premises and seek compensation for related losses

Customers are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene on the premises and to use the facilities with care. Failure to do so may result in the customer being responsible for cleaning fees and any related costs incurred by the venue

The company only provides a place for baby stroller storage and does not assume responsibility for theft or damage. Customers are advised to carefully guard their personal belongings and avoid bringing valuable items onto the premises. In the event of loss, theft, or damage to any items (including storage lockers) on the premises, the company will not be held liable. Every day after closing, the company will remove all items from the lockers; the company will not be responsible for any losses incurred

In the case of any behavior deemed inappropriate, staff members have the right to request immediate departure of the individuals involved

In response to venue capacity, severe weather, or other special circumstances, the company reserves the right to change and limit the number of entrants and operating hours without prior notice, and without offering refunds or compensation

Facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance without further notice

The company reserves the ultimate decision-making authority in case of any disputes
