- The child must be 4 years old and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
- Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 11 years old.
- During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.

Additional Information
Get picked up from your hotel near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The pickup time starts between 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. for the morning session, 2.00 - 2.30 p.m. for the evening session. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
