- Maximum weight allowed on the ziplines is 130 kg/ 286 lb.
- Maximum waist size allowed on the ziplines is 1.24 m / 49 in.
- Transportation to the park can take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the location of your hotel or meeting point.
- ATV insurance is included in the price of your experience.
- Signing up a liability waiver is a must before participating in the activity.
- Safety briefing is highly implemented for your own safety.
- Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.

Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 90 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point. Pickup point for all Bahia Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel - Bahía Principe complex is consists of 5 hotels, so it's five different lobbies. We schedule the departure from one meeting point for the whole complex, which is only a few minutes walk away from each lobby. If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name to confirm your pickup time. Should you need to reschedule your activity, please contact us as soon as possible, as the tour sells out quickly.
