A few minutes before your reservation, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation (optional) and head to the renowned Parrilla Don Julio in Palermo. Known for its top-quality meat, this iconic steakhouse is a favorite among tourists and perfect for special occasions. You’ll enjoy a multi-course menu of Argentina's finest meats and traditional sides, including Cecina de novillo, crispy Mollejas with smoky grilled onions, and juicy Ribeye cap with grilled artichokes. For dessert, savor vanilla ice cream with grilled strawberries. For a complete experience, opt for a curated wine pairing (optional) to complement each dish. After your lunch or dinner (with flexible scheduling options), we offer the convenience of returning you to your hotel—optional, but available for your comfort.

STARTER - Steer cecina and Libritos

Cecina is cured and air-dried beef, similar to beef jerky but with a more concentrated flavor. Librito is a typical argentine bread.

STARTER - Sweetbreads + Ember roasted onion

The sweetbreads are golden brown and crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, while the caramelized onions perfectly complement.

MAIN - Spinalis steak + Grilled artichoke

Spinalis steak is a tender and juicy cut of beef tenderloin, with Grilled artichokes.
