Your name printed clearly on a welcome sign as you will be greeted by an English-speaking representative who will guide you to the already waiting (and fully charged) buggy. Swiftly and without often walking long distances to reach the immigration desks for going through the motions to enter the Kingdom, driving through the airport terminal will be, above all, a fun and relaxing experience.
But that is not all; once you reach the immigration, your representative will lead you away from the Thai immigration lines and towards dedicated fast-track service desks that are specifically used for customers opting for this service or dignitaries. Agreements have been made with local authorities to minimize your waiting time and reach the luggage belt in no time. Your arriving luggage also will be taken care of, as your assistant will load all your accompanying suitcases and bags onto a trolley and move them in the direction of the arrival hall. Depending on your next destination, he/she will have no problem explaining the various means of transportation to reach your final destination. Please note that transfer services from Suvarnabhumi Airport to your destination are not included.

- We always will make efforts to confirm the exact pick-up time upon reservation. For any operational issues in which are not able to confirm the exact pick-up time in advance, we reserve the right to inform you the day before the departure of the transfer.
- The mentioned excursion durations are approximations; we are unable to exactly predict the total duration from pick-up to drop-off based on unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and weather conditions and the routing the driver has to take to get all customers on the vehicle. We ask for your kind understanding that these are average times.
- This service is only available at the international terminal.
- Should airline authorities request planes to arrive not at an air bridge but require to park away from the main terminal and use coach services to transfer passengers to the international arrival hall, we are unable to provide buggy services.
- Regulations state that this is strictly prohibited in line with safety protocols and airport regulations. In such cases, we are unable to provide any refund for non-used buggy services.
