Arenal volcano Observatory Private Reserve Hiking trails: Arenal volcano is considered the most active and step volcano in Costa Rica since 1968 and one of the most active volcanoes in the world. Since 2012 is a dorment volcano without eruption activity. In the hiking activity you can see the lush vegetation of the rainforest formed by epiphytes plants, bromeliads, orchids. Inside the trails you will safely explore primary and secondary rainforest. Some birds that you will see are: toucans, parrots, oropendolas, colorful tanagers and parakeets. After the hiking You ready to rey a delicious typical buffet lunch include fresh fruits, vegetables, cakes, and more. Last activity relaxing into the health mineral pools of Hot Springs, surround of naturally heated Jacuzzis, surrounding by gardens, waterfalls and waterslide.
