Inclusions

  • Please place your shoe in the cabinet upon entry as shoe cabinets will be automatically locked after 20 mins from entry time

  • On-site payments can be made with your key. Should you lost your key, please inform staff members on-site as keys are required to open shoe lockers
  • Should there be an influx of guests, entry into certain facilities will be limited in order to maintain a comfortable environment

Purchase Summary

  • This ticket can only be used at one of the designated branches (Aquafield Hanam, Goyang, or Anseong), and cannot be used at other branches, nor can it be reused
  • The ticket is only applicable to the sauna (Jimjilbang) service. If you want to experience the Gaoyang Rooftop Swimming Pool or Hanam Water Park, please book a water park included package
  • Tickets sold in this product are adult tickets for travellers ages 12 and over. Child tickets for children under the age of 11 can be purchased on-site
  • Children under the age of 3 can enter for free. Please present your passport when picking up the ticket
  • You can stay at the venue for 6 hours if you only purchase the sauna ticket; if you purchase other facility tickets on-site, you can stay at the venue for a total of 12 hours. If exceeding the time limit, you must pay an overtime fee of ₩5000 per hour on-site
  • Travelers are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones into the locker and sauna areas. Photography, video recording, and video calls are strictly prohibited
