Upon arrival, if our driver cannot locate you at the specified pickup location, they will either call you directly or check in with the reception (for hotel pickups). Once arrived, our driver will wait for 15 minutes at the agreed-upon time and location. If we are unable to reach you within this 15-minute window, it will be considered a no-show. However, if contact is made and the driver has to wait, there will be a waiting charge of €15 per quarter-hour, starting 15 minutes after the agreed-upon time. This fee is payable directly to the driver. Therefore, please ensure you provide accurate contact information and remain reachable during the pickup time.
