Start your journey by visiting some of the region's top wineries and vineyards. Many offer guided tours and tastings where you can learn about the winemaking process and sample different Albariño wines. Some notable wineries to consider are destiny.The Albariño wine experience and gourmet gastronomy in Rías Baixas, offer a delightful journey through the flavors and landscapes of this beautiful region in Northwestern Spain. Rías Baixas is renowned for its production of Albariño, a crisp and aromatic white wine that pairs wonderfully with the local seafood-focused cuisine.

Cambados

After the visits, you will have lunch at a famous Michelin Star Restaurant in this area. Wonderful lunch with fabulous wine and dessert on the menu. Rías Baixas is famous for its fresh seafood. Don't miss trying dishes like Pulpo a la Gallega (Galician-style octopus), grilled sardines, and mariscada (a seafood platter featuring lobster, crab, shrimp, and more). You'll find these delicatesen in local restaurants known as "marisquerías." However, in this case, you will have lunch in a very special Michelin Star Restaurant in the area.
