Pirate's Cove BeachPass-by Only
This beautiful local landmark is even more beautiful from the water. There is a stairway in the middle of the cliff at the back of the cove that provides the only safe access to Pirates Cove Beach. Below these cliffs are large caves and alcoves for kids to duck into and pretend to be pirates. Because this beach faces west, it’s shaded in the mornings and is best in the afternoon and evenings when you can watch the sun set over Balboa Peninsula.
Balboa IslandPass-by Only
Balboa Island is a harborside community in Newport Beach, California, accessible to the public via bridge, ferry and several public docks. The community is surrounded by a paved concrete boardwalk open to pedestrian traffic, designated as a public walking trail by the city. Balboa Island's Marine Avenue is home to local small businesses including restaurants, bakeries, fishing & tackle, and local crafts.

- Paid parking is on-site at the Waterfront Office building. The rates are $2 per 20 mins with a max of $20 per day. We will pick up all guests on dock in front of the offices.
