- Weight limits are in effect. No Passenger may weigh more than 260 lbs and the entire group for each flight cannot exceed 600 lbs combined weight.

- You can choose to take the pedestrian tunnel to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport located inside the mainland pavilion, or the 90-second ferry ride that runs every 15 minutes across Toronto’s inner harbour. The ferry is free for pedestrians and starts at $14 for vehicles (return trip) plus parking.

• All adults require Photo ID to board aircraft. • Only Cell Phones and light cameras are permitted on board, no bags or purses please. • Flight times may be cancelled at the discretion of the Chief Pilot when weather or airspace conditions are unsuitable for flight. Heli-Tours will do it's best to reschedule your heli-tour time for a future date where possible. If this is not possible, the Chief will authorize your voucher for refund. • There are no refunds for missed flights, passengers barred from entry due to unsafe conduct or last-minute walk-ins of voucher holders without an advance flight time booking. Always have your flight time pre-booked. • Always arrive on time for you flight. • All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
