5 Days Trekking to Mt. kenya, Sirimon-Chogoria Route.

Day 1 - Transfer from a Hotel in Nanyuki and drive to Sirimon Gate where you meet you Experienced Guide and Porters. After the briefing, hike leisurely through the tropical rain forest, bamboo and moorlands to arrive to Old Moses Hut or Judimaire Camp at 3300 meters height above sea level. You will have your dinner and overnight in this Camp. Day 2 - Have breakfast and hike through Mackinders Valley and Caves upto Shimptons Camp at 4200 Meters. Lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Shimptons Camp. Day 3 - Depart at dawn to arrive at the First peak of Lenana at 4985 meters. Enjoy beautiful photos of the Sunrise and the two summits of Mount Kilimanjaro, Uhuru and Mawenzi. Later come down to Austrian hut, America Camp, the Western Terminals and the Hausberg Col, then return to Shimptons Camp for dinner and overnight. Day 4- Have breakfast, ascend to Simba Col then descend to Mintos Hut for Gorges Valley and Temple to Meru Mt. Kenya Lodge. Lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Mintos Hut. Day 5- After breakfast, descending through tropical bamboo, See African Buffaloes and Elephants. Arrive at Chogoria Point where you meet your driver guide who takes you to Nairobi.
