The impressive Inca roads that unified the Tahuantinsuyo Empire ruled by the Inca, expanded to what we now know as Ecuador, south of Colombia, Bolivia, north and centre of Chile and north west of Argentina over a 40,000 kilometers of roads.

- Important: If you wish to climb Huayna Picchu, tickets need to be booked well in advance. There are two time sessions: 7am - 8am or 10am -11am. If you get the permits for the 7am start, you may probably have to miss the Machu Picchu guided tour
