12 hour tour from Tel Aviv (3.5 hours on-road): Once past Jerusalem, we head for the desert. We track 4x4 into the Judea desert, on our way to the sugar cane path. The 4x4 track views the remarkable beauty of water carved dolomite og wadi gorge.
Further down in the lowest point on earth, rests the 100 k"m long turquoise Dead Sea. Contrary to its name, it attracts tourists and Israelis all year round. with its "walking on water" experience and its miraculous healing quality.
Masada! Deep down in the Judea desert, on an isolated table mountain, are ruins nearly 2000 years old. They are a silent heroic evidence of the 930 men, woman and children struggle ten thousands of trained Romans...
Ein Gedi oasis nature reserve This is the most enjoyable Judea desert oasis water track. With a few waterfalls, shade and many times, Ibex walking not far away. In summer, it is a real treat!
