- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.

- On the last day for the tour, we will provide two return destinations,Los Angeles or San Francisco. Only included an itinerary with travelers return to Los Angeles.
