[Personal preparation before departure]
- Please change into your swimming clothes before gathering for the activity
- If you bring your own board, you should complete the preparation of inflating the board before gathering.
- Recommended clothing:
- Tops: long-sleeved sweatshirt, sun protection clothing, anti-abrasion clothing
- Pants: Pants made of materials that are easy to dry, such as hiking pants, surf pants, and sports pants. Do not wear jeans and other materials that absorb a lot of water.
- Shoes: water shoes and rubber shoes that cover the heels and toes - To participate in the event in spring and autumn, travelers who are afraid of the cold can choose to purchase and rent cold-proof clothing when booking, and go to the meeting point early to pick up and change clothes
- Bring a towel and a set of clothes to change into after the activity
- Depending on your personal situation, prepare a sun hat, sunglasses, windproof and water-proof jacket, and gloves.
- Please bring your own drinking water, sports drinks and action food with you
- Be sure to prepare your own waterproof bag for your mobile phone. (Remember, the presence of a waterproof bag does not mean that the mobile phone bag will float if it falls into the water. Please be sure to use a lanyard or buckle to connect it to the life jacket)

【Cancellation method】
- Users who apply for cancellation 8 days before the trip will receive a full refund after deducting a 30 yuan handling fee
- If the user applies for cancellation 3-7 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the order fee will be deducted and the refund will be made
- Users who apply for cancellation 2 days before the trip cannot apply for a refund
- Users who are late or absent from the gathering will not be refunded
[How to change the date]
- The date can be changed 4 to 6 days in advance of the departure date. However, changes can only be made once and within the same event
- If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated.
- No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events
- Date changes will not be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the day of departure
- It is recommended that you transfer your spot if you need to reschedule within 3 days before departure. But please be sure to inform customer service of the changed participant’s name and contact information.
