This retreat combines a seated meditation and mindfulness course with a nourishing retreat meal made from locally sourced produce. Enjoy the art of Shojin Ryori (traditional Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) while learning the mindful eating practices of Zen. Through this experience, you can realign your mind and body and reflect on the cycles of life, guided by the wisdom of Zen philosophy cultivated over 1,000 years.
