If the itinerary is affected by force majeure (natural disasters, traffic conditions, government actions, etc.), our agency has the right to adjust the itinerary and try its best to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. If it is really impossible to implement the agreed plan, the excess expenses due to the change shall be borne by the tourist.

If you encounter a late flight, you can move freely and agree with the local airport staff to go to the airport at a certain time. If there are any self-funded items in the itinerary, they are voluntary and not mandatory. Please make your own decisions.

Please bring the original valid documents of the traveler (ID card, passport, Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, household registration book for children, etc.). If the trip is delayed or the hotel check-in is not available due to personal reasons, all consequences will be borne by yourself. If you bring documents that meet the refund policy, you can enjoy discounts on some tickets except Yulong Snow Mountain/Lugu Lake, and the tour guide will refund the difference (the specific discount is subject to the actual discount of the scenic spot)
