• Departure Time: Choose your preferred departure time (recommended between 8:00 am and 10:00 am)
• Departure Point: Hotels in Taipei, New Taipei City, and Yilan City (please provide the detailed address when booking) or Taoyuan Airport (please provide flight information in the note)
• Duration: 8 hours from Taipei, 6 hours from Yilan (latest end time by 10:00 pm; departure from the airport begins 60 minutes after the flight lands), 7 hours if departing from Taipei and dropping off in Yilan
  
• Return Information: Taipei/New Taipei city center hotels, night markets, and scenic spots (price difference required for non-Taipei urban areas) / Taoyuan Airport (Note: Jiufen must conclude one hour earlier)
• Chartered vehicle type: Five-seater car for 1-4 passengers / Nine-seater car for 4-7 passengers

• Please note that additional fees will be incurred on-site in the following situations, to be paid directly to the driver:
  - Chartered car overtime (0–30 minutes): Five-seater car NTD300, nine-seater car NTD350
  - Chartered car overtime (31–60 minutes): Five-seater car NTD600, nine-seater car NTD700
  - If there are mountain/uphill attractions, an additional fee of TWD1000 will be charged. For more details, please contact customer service
• Taiwan Laws and Regulations: Children under the age of 4 are required to use baby cots or safety seats. It is recommended that children over the age of 4 and under 120 cm in height use a car booster. Please provide the child's date of birth, height, and weight information and pay NTD300 on-site
  
• Departures before 8:00 am or travel beyond 10:00 pm will incur an additional night fee of NTD500
  
• The following departure or return destinations are not in downtown Taipei (including Tamsui, Beitou, and Yangmingshan). An additional charge of NTD300–NTD1000, depending on the route, will apply. The actual cost will be calculated based on the passenger's chosen route, and the amount will be specified on the voucher. Please pay this amount to the driver on-site
  
• Additional fares will apply in the suburbs of Yilan; please contact customer service for more information
• Fares range from NTD300 to NTD500 for destinations including Tamsui, Beitou, Xindian, Banqiao, Sanchong, Luzhou, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Xinzhuang, and Shulin
• Fares range from NTD501 to NTD1000 for destinations such as Yangmingshan, Wulai, Jinshan, Taishan, Three Gorges, and Yingge
• If the itinerary departs from or ends at Taoyuan Airport, an additional NTD 1,000 will be required. Please provide flight information in the notes
  
• An additional NTD500 will be charged for routes passing through mountainous areas or including stays at scenic spots, per trip
  
• Please note that if the visit to scenic spots exceeds the time limit due to traffic control or natural factors, an overtime fee will be charged
  
• If you choose the Korean-language chartered car service, a Korean-speaking driver or a Chinese-speaking driver and a Korean-speaking guide will be arranged according to the number of passengers
  
• Since a child seat will occupy a seat for one passenger, if you wish to use more than two seats, please book a nine-seater car
  
• Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting while opening the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver. Compensation for any damages shall be paid in cash on the spot according to the price
