Pickup Details: Timing: Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Locations: Pickup is available from most downtown Salt Lake City hotels and central locations in Park City. We also accommodate Airbnb and other lodging options within a certain radius. Confirmation: You will receive a text message or email confirmation of your exact pickup time and location the evening before your tour. Identification: Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation and a valid ID to confirm your identity. Luggage: We suggest to travel light. Family-Friendly: Car seats and booster seats are available upon request but must be reserved in advance. Special Needs: If you have any special needs or requests, such as wheelchair accessibility, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary accommodations. Weather Conditions: Tours go on, rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will reach out with alternative arrangements.
