Notes on connection

• The minimum number of people for a shared ride is 4. If the minimum number of people is not reached one day before the trip, we will notify you to change the schedule or cancel the order.
• This product is a carpooling service. To protect the rights of other passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the meeting time. Latecomers will not be allowed to request to modify, cancel or refund the order.
• This product is a carpooling service. You will share the vehicle with other passengers. The actual pick-up situation will depend on the site. There will be a 10-15 minute waiting time.
• As the shared shuttle bus will continue to travel between Kaohsiung City and Donggang District on the same day, if there is a traffic jam or force majeure, there may be a delay. The dispatcher will contact you immediately. Please keep your mobile phone open.
• Due to the many uncertainties in ridesharing, it is recommended to allow 1.5-2 hours for a single trip
• The supplier will adjust the vehicle pick-up time according to the passenger's boarding location and traffic conditions on the day. The ride information will be notified to passengers by SMS or email before 22:00 (Taiwan time) on the day before the designated ride date. If you fill in your Taiwan mobile phone number on the payment page, you will be notified via SMS. Baggage restrictions

• Standard luggage size: 61 cm, large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given
• Standard luggage dimensions: 76cm x 51cm x 32cm, large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces Pets, ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf clubs and other large items cannot be transported
• Carpooling: Each person can bring up to 1 piece of 26-inch luggage (infants and children can also bring 1 piece)

Safety Seat

• According to Taiwan law, children aged 0-4 years old must use a qualified safety seat based on their age and body shape when riding in a "small passenger car with less than 9 seats", but not in a "large passenger car with more than 10 seats". If you are traveling with children aged 0-4, please book a safety seat in advance. The supplier will provide one according to the vehicle arranged on the day.
