IMPORTANT We go to the big hotels in the first square of the city, if you are in an apartment we will notify you of the nearest meeting point. Hotels in the hotel zone of Cancun: We go to most Cancun all-inclusive hotels, if we don't have your hotel for pick-up, we will give you the closest meeting point. Hotels in Riviera Maya we go to most of them, please enter your hotel and we will confirm the pick up at your hotel or nearby meeting point in Playa del Carmen We have 3 pick up points in the center, we do not go through all the hotels in the center of Playa del Carmen **COZUMEL For guests in Cozumel it is very important to mention that transportation from Cozumel is not included and the excursion departs from Playa del Carmen and they will have to verify with the shipping company the departure and return times to and from Cozumel, since it is completely unrelated to our operation.
