We'll depart from Lisbon in the morning for Fátima, a scenic journey of about an hour and a half through the Portuguese landscape. Fátima is home to the Sanctuary of Fátima, one of the world's most significant Marian shrines, drawing millions of pilgrims annually. Our first stop will be the Chapel of the Apparitions, where the Virgin Mary is believed to have appeared to three shepherd children in 1917.
