This experience will take you to a splendid place surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view of the Valpolicella Classica, the terraces planted with vineyards among the high hill woods, and a way of making wine far from the business models generally applied in this area.
Afternoon
In this experience you will be accompanied by the farmer in the field knowledge of the different vine cultivation systems and the implications with climate change; you will taste 4 wines from Valpolicella to Amarone, from this small production, accompanied by gourmet food from local suppliers, an experience decidedly different from others you can find in the area. You will visit the places where the verification takes place and the cellar with the Bottaia where the wine sleeps until its moment comes. After the visit, we will taste 4 wines from our range combined with a generous accompaniment of typical gourmet and selected food, and croutons of long-leavened artisan bread with our extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the tasting we will offer guests our "Biscotto Pocià" wit Amarone, an homemade almond biscuits soaked in the richest wine we have in the bottle. An unusual but delicious dessert that enhances the quality of our wine.
