Shorex (Excl PickUp/DropOff)
Shorex, without port pickup: For this option, customers must make their own way to the starting location of the tour, at the Foot of the Floating Bridge.
Private Tour
Duration: 1 hour
Tour of Willemstad (Otrabanda): This tour will concentrate solely on the "Otrabanda" side of the town (Western side of the canal).
TukTuk
Permission: - Youth, Children and/or Infants must be accompanied by at least 1 (one) Adult or Senior.

- Refunds may be partially granted in case tour activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship.
- Each of our TukTuks can accommodate 2 (adult) passengers, the addition of additional passengers (Child(ren) or if passengers are of slim composure) can be possible, but will be strictly to the responsibility of the costumer. NOTE: No refunds will be granted for the additional passenger(s) that wont fit in the TukTuk.
- Operates in most weather conditions, please dress appropriately

- Each of our TukTuk Vehicles comfortably accommodates 2 adults passengers and possibly 1 or 2 child(ren) or sometimes even a 3rd. adult (depending on their slimness). - Customers will be solely and fully responsible for their decision to book more than 2 passengers in each TukTuk Vehicle. - IMPORTANT NOTE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED IF ALL THE PASSENGER(S) WON'T FIT IN THE TUKTUK AT THE SAME TIME...
Meet
Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 5 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
- Travelers may CHOOSE to be picked up at any of the cruise ports (Mega-1, Mega-2, Mathey Wharf, etc,) , OR can also be met at the foot of the floating (pontoon) bridge, which is an approx. 8 minute stroll from the port (depending on the berthing location). NOTE: Please mention your preference, as well as the name of the ship you will be arriving on (if any). - Each of our tuktuks accommodates 2 adults passengers and possibly 1 or 2 child(ren) or sometimes even a 3rd. adult (depending on their slimness). - Customers will be solely and fully responsible for their decision to book more than 2 passengers in each tuktuk. - Refunds will NOT be granted for passengers that do not fit in the tuktuk.
Meeting / End Points
- Customers that do not require a Port pickup can be met at the starting point of the tour, which is at the foot of the floating (Queen Emma) bridge, on the western (a.k.a. Otrabanda) side of the channel, (same side where the port is located).

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • If, for any reason, you will not be arriving at your destination within the scheduled confirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or before 24 hours of the scheduled tour time, in order to receive a full refund. • ***Cruise Ship Details Are Required*** To avoid any errors or confusion, PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN BOOKING, IF YOU WISH TO BE PICKED-UP AT THE PORT OR IF YOU WISH TO MEET US AT THE DEPARTURE LOCATION OF THE TOUR. The name of your cruise ship will be required in order to identify your ship's berthing location. • For cruise ship passengers requesting pick-up service: The TukTuk vehicles will be stationed in the parking lot or at the Security Office at the entrance/exit gate of the port. Please check with the security agent or call the Tour Supplier at +599 9 529 6069 if unable to locate your guide upon your arrival at the pier Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port; AT THE FOOT OF THE PONTOON (floating) BRIDGE (on the side of the Pehna Building, which is very easy to spot when standing at the bridge)
