Those with chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, pregnancy, epilepsy, panic disorder, spontaneous pneumothorax, or arrhythmia, as well as those with physical, intellectual, or mental disabilities, cannot participate.
If you have any other chronic illnesses, have had surgery, are currently receiving medical treatment, or are taking medication, please contact us before making your reservation.
If any of the above applies to you, or if you are in poor health, hungover, or under the influence of alcohol on the day of the tour, we will refuse your participation. In such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Depending on the ocean conditions, the tour may be canceled at short notice. We will refund the full tour fee or reschedule the tour, but we cannot compensate for transportation costs.
This tour will be held rain or shine. (You can see the whale sharks even on rainy days.)
The boat fare is 6,500 yen per person and must be paid in cash on the day.
Due to the risk of developing decompression sickness, people who have a flight within 18 hours of diving cannot participate (no refunds/flights before diving are OK)
You cannot enter the nets where the whale sharks are kept.
This plan is limited to those who have a diving license (C card).
Experience of 5 or more dives (excluding courses) is required.

■ All diving and snorkeling equipment rental We provide everything from wet suits to snorkeling equipment. We also provide life vests that allow children and adults who can't swim to float easily. We also provide prescription goggles for those with poor eyesight (three types of lenses: -1 to -8)
■ Guide support that you can enjoy even if you can't swim During snorkeling, the instructor in charge will lead the way with a body board, so even if you don't swim, you can enjoy it just by lightly holding on to the board! Feel free to join us even if it's your first time or you're not good at swimming.
■ Dedicated instructor for one group Diving will be guided individually by a dedicated instructor for each group. You can enjoy private diving with your lover, friends, or family.
■ Lots of photo and video gifts The instructor in charge will take photos and videos with a GoPro camera. There are no restrictions on the number of photos or data volume, and no additional fees. We will give you as many memories as possible! The photos will be transferred to your iPhone or handed over to you via LINE or email, so there is no need to bring or purchase an SD card.
