After purchase, you will receive an 8-digit code for the selected product. Download the Vienna Welcome Card app from the App Store or Google Play, enter the 8-digit code and off you go. There is no meeting or starting point for the Vienna Welcome Card. You can activate it at any time before the first use of public transport in Vienna and use it immediately. ATTENTION: with the Vienna Welcome Card you ONLY receive discounts on numerous attractions and sights in Vienna. The card is NOT a direct ticket to attractions. You can book an advantage directly in the app, but you will be redirected to the attraction's website. There you can see the entrance fee minus the discount of the Vienna Welcome Card. Other attractions also offer the possibility to redeem the discount on site. In this case, the ticket and discount will be paid on site. For this, the customer only has to show their ticket in the app and then gets the discount.
