Ticket vouchers need to be exchanged at the evening box office in the foyer of the concert venue. It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the begin of the concert.

- The Vienna Mozart Orchestra Program is available for purchase on the evening of concert. It is approximately EUR6 per program.
- Smart evening attire is advised. No sneakers, jeans or shorts are permitted in the concert halls.
- VIP seating requires a minimum of 2 people per booking. If you choose this option there must be two or more people in your party. If you book for one only, your booking will be rejected within 48 hours.

• Please exchange this voucher at the evening box office in the main foyer of the Musikverein (opens at 7:15 pm, one hour before the concert starts) • A current valid ID is required while collecting discount tickets otherwise the difference to the full price must be paid on the spot, refund is not possible. • Smart evening attire is advised. No sneakers, jeans or shorts are permitted in the concert halls. • VIP PACKAGE: Only if you have booked the VIP Package: Please come to the restaurant 'Opus' at Imperial Hotel (Kärntner Ring 16, 1010 Wien) where a table is reserved for you starting from 6 pm on. A page will pick you up after dinner. • Tip: If traveling to the concert by UBahn or SBahn via Karlsplatz station make sure you exit from the end of the platform where the U2 train stops - follow the purple signs and then look for the Musikverein exit signs on the platform. The station is a large underground complex and leaving from other exits can result in you being a long way from the venue.
