During the tasting you will taste a selection of six Valpolicella wines, including Valpolicella Classic & Superior, Recioto and Amarone, all of them known around the world while a professional sommelier will explain to you in depth the particularity of those Italian excellencies. Hear the history of the estate as well as the explanation of the methods and techniques of the wines production. During this journey follow a unique tradition in high quality wine production, from the grape harvest in the vineyard located in the surrounding area to the final stage of the bottling. The light lunch is composed of a selection of local product as cheeses and cold cuts, bread, dessert, coffee and local grappa.
