- We meet at the Capitol Building on East Duke of Gloucester Street. Your guide will be in a Pirate’s Costume. We Do Not Meet At Visitor Center ! You can park at 460 East Francis Street . Walk across Francis Street onto Blair Street and you will see your guide up ahead in front of Capitol.
