  • Starting 1 March 2025, the new meeting point for this tour will be located at Via dei Vagellai, 22 R. It is on the corner of Piazza Mentana (Opposite to the Arno River)

  • Choose the "SMART" option to ride a smaller Piaggio ZIP scooter

  • Select the "DOUBLE" option to enjoy the ENDOUBLE VESPA with your passenger, all covered under a single payment

  • The service uses genuine Piaggio 50cc scooters, including the iconic VESPA and the smaller ZIP, both with automatic transmissions. For those uncomfortable with driving, an APE CALESSINO (3-wheeled Vespa with a tour leader) is also offered

  • The round-trip mileage is approximately 19 miles (30 km)

  • The tour difficulty is easy, with an average speed of 25 km/h (15 ml/h) and guaranteed minivan support

  • A valid driving license is required (although you do not need a motorcycle license). If driving is uncomfortable, ride as a passenger with your partner

  • From 1 April 2023, the activity will include a guided tour of one winery and a visit to the iconic town of Greve in Chianti. There will also be a special gastronomic surprise!

  • Vegetarian-friendly—please notify the team in advance

  • Previous experience is not required but is advantageous

  • The tour operator reserves the right to judge client participation in scooter driving or being a passenger

  • Maximum Vespa load is 170 kg/374 lbs; exclusion from the tour if requirements are not met at check-in with no refund

  • Tours prioritise avoiding rain and may shift to a minivan for safety, conducting the entire tour in the minivan if rain persists

  • During check-in, guests can choose a partial or no ride, proceeding in hopes of better weather with no refund for unused scooters

  • Alternatively, customers can reschedule or opt for an alternative experience of equal or lesser value. Rainouts qualify for a Rain Check Credit, a transferable voucher valid for up to 1 year, applicable to any future company tour
