You can choose between the famous Lampredotto, the most popular dish in Florence, or Trippa. The tasting is completed with Francesina, based on boiled beef and sautéed with onion and tomato. All served with local bread and a drink of your choice between a glass of wine / beer or soft drink. You will come into contact with our history, that of the last tripe family of San Frediano, the Bambi. The great characteristic of this historic family is that it has distinguished itself over time above all as producers, supplying the raw material tripe. Our strength is a fully controlled supply chain: from the producer to the consumer.

- Take via dell'Ariento on foot from the Basilica of San Lorenzo (or Medici Chapels) and enter the ground floor of the Central Market from the second entrance on your right. Will find immediately our workshop Bambi Trippa and Lampredotto and a staff ready to wait for you.
