We will observe the imposing Seracs of the Osorno Volcano Glacier from a privileged place where not many dare to arrive. We will contemplate the unique landscape that this area offers us with views of Lake Llanquihue, Calbuco Volcano, Sierra Santo Domingo and Petrohué River.

Leaving early from your place of stay in Puerto Varas we head straight to the foothills of the imposing Osorno Volcano, with a height of 2,652 meters. We will arrive at the height of the Ski Center to prepare and start our hike at 1,200 meters above sea level towards the Glacier viewpoint located on the volcano at 1,800 meters above sea level with an ascent of at least 3 hours. Upon arrival we can rest and observe the characteristic Seracs of the glacier. We will begin our descent towards the Red Crater, one of the many side craters that possesses the volcano and the most accessible. We continue descending until we finish our walk at the starting point where we will get to the transport that will take us back to Ensenada. IMPORTANT: Hike 3 km (6 km total round trip) Route stone and volcanic sand in summer. Snow and ice in winter.

The pick-up of the participants is at any accommodation address or private address only within the city of Puerto Varas. Outside the city you will have to pay an additional cost.
