What's included in Transfer from Rome Airports to Rome
(Subject to Option Inclusions)By completing a valid reservation you will allow us to come and pick you up at the airport in Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino). Our driver will meet you at the airport inside the arrival terminal at a specific area called the Meeting Point. He will help you with your luggage and take the quickest route to your destination in Rome. The driver will wait up to one hour and thirty minutes after the plane has landed, after which a €50 surcharge will be applied. One hour and forty minutes after landing, in the absence of your contact, the driver will be released and the service will not be refunded. In case of flight delay, if the day's schedule allows it, we will wait at the airport for your plane to land, and any waiting time for the driver will be calculated at an hourly cost of 20 Euros/hour.

Our driver will meet you in the limo service NCC meeting point area, located in the arrivals terminal lobby. He will carry a sign of recognition in your name. Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.
