We will learn to cook in a clean open-air kitchen with a unique and hands-on learning method which taught by a friendly knowledgeable and dedicated host you will learn new cooking technique that can easily be repeats at home. Everyone can choose individually menus. We will take photos during the activity and share for you after the class. Vegans, Vegetarians or gluten free are welcome. Your experience starts with hotel pickup from your hotel,transfer to your cooking class location. After a brief introduction to the basics of Thai cuisine, your lesson, taught by a Thai chef, begins as you hear about techniques, ingredients, and the balance of flavors. With fresh ingredients in an open-air cooking area, learn how to make Thai dishes such as chicken in coconut milk, hot and sour prawn soup, or red curry. When booking, you have your choice of your individually dishes. With long term experience in teaching people from all over the world you will be able to cook Thai food as professional as a Thai. Free transportation will provide you with PDF version recipe book online and some of your great activities' photos during the class.
