Start with a quick tour, seeing the ins and outs of the facility. Inside the changing room, get your towels, water, and clogs for a stroll in the snow. Step into the sauna, change your clothes, and surrender to the soothing melody of the stove, surrounded by the scents of essential oils and wood. Adjust the tempo and ambiance by splashing water on the sizzling stones as you unwind, letting the heat and steam work their magic – easing tension, lowering blood pressure, opening up your pores, and leaving your muscles blissfully relaxed. Once you've reached your ideal level of heat, step onto the terrace to cool off and rehydrate, or go for a swim in the river. As night falls, keep an eye out for the Northern lights or during the day, soak in the breathtaking panorama of the river, islands, and hills. Embrace the alternation of hot and cold to relax the body. Outside, let the crisp air contract your muscles and pores.
