What makes our cooking school special is the deep connection with nature and tradition. Our dishes are based on old popular recipes, those that any Campania family preserves and hands down from generation to generation… Simple flavors, capable of warming the heart, combine with top quality ingredients for a unique result. We also believe in respecting and caring for raw materials, which is why products from our garden are often used, so as to involve our guests in every phase: from the selection, to the collection of the ingredients, to their preparation. Precisely for this reason our menus are divided into: Land, Sea and Pizza menus, for a real immersion in the taste of tradition!

Our cooking school is an unforgettable and unmissable experience, guests will have the pleasure of cooking typical dishes of Sorrento cuisine, including aubergine parmigiana, gnocchi, meatballs and preparing a tasty dessert, such as tiramisu. After having learned and put into practice all the advice of our chef, guests will take a small tour of our garden and, having arrived at the highest and most panoramic point of our farmhouse, they will be able to let themselves be carried away by the beauty of the view of the Sorrento peninsula. Finally, they will taste the dishes they have cooked and will receive as a gift a personalized Casale apron, a chef's hat and a certificate of participation signed by the chef.
