Due to sanitation and brewing laws in Japan, this tour will not cover the active sake brewing areas of the breweries, however, the entire brewing process will be explained during the tour

Fushimi has been producing high-quality sake for over 400 years. The area's expert brewers have honed their skills to an art form; through this tour, you can experience it firsthand. Visit the Gekkeikan Okura Sake Museum to learn more about the brewing process and see the brewing facilities that date back to 1637. Become a sake expert and purchase a bottle from one of the 80 varieties available in the area. Then, explore the shops of the local area to your heart's content.
