  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time in order to get checked in and into line. During busy summer months you might want to arrive even earlier. While ticket holders all have a guaranteed seat onboard, seating is first come first serve so the earlier you arrive the more options you will have
  • Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour, so please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
  • Each ticket can only be used by its rightful holder. Please do not share your ticket with third parties, failure to comply may result in your ticket being voided without compensation and refunds

Purchase Summary

  • Children 2 and under do not require a ticket and may ride free with a paying adult
  • The 3 different boat types are available for regularly scheduled harbour tours, the actual boat type will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified
  • The tour is a 50-minute continuous cruise without stops at any attractions
  • Unfortunately the boats are not wheelchair accessible as there is no ramp to board directly onto the vessel
  • As long as the traveller's pet is friendly and comfortable on boats and around large groups of people, the traveller may bring them with you. Please ensure the pet is on a leash or in a pet carrier for the duration of the trip. There is no extra charge to bring the pet
  • It may happen that bad weather will alter our tour schedule or require us to shut down tours on a regularly scheduled day. Usually, there are only a handful of days throughout the year in which the tour must be shut down for this reason. If the boat company cancel due to weather, travellers will have the option to rebook for a different day or to have their tickets refunded
  • If travellers are unable to use ticket(s) due to a cancellation on the part of the boat company such as bad weather, or other reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund, or given the option to reschedule for another date within the current year
  • If travellers are a “NO SHOW” for their scheduled tour date and time, travellers will be given the option to reschedule for another date within the current operating season. NO SHOW tickets are non-refundable
