Your adventure begins the moment you disembark! Please make your way outside the port to the first entry gate of the Costa Maya Cruise Port. Your friendly team will be waiting there to welcome you and ensure you start your experience smoothly. Look for our representative holding a sign with your name—it’s easy to spot and ensures you feel secure and ready for your tour. The walk from the ship to the meeting point takes about 5-10 minutes, so we suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes and carrying any essentials you may need for the day. Important: The meeting point is outside the port area. Make sure you leave the port gates completely before looking for our sign and representative. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to make sure your Bacalar adventure is everything you dreamed of!
