Your friendly team will be waiting there to welcome you and ensure you start your experience smoothly. Look for our representative holding a sign with your name—it’s easy to spot and ensures you feel secure and ready for your tour. The walk from the ship to the meeting point takes about 5-10 minutes, so we suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes and carrying any essentials you may need for the day. Important: The meeting point is outside the port area. Make sure you leave the port gates completely before looking for our sign and representative.
